This project encompasses the renovations of 130 apartments consisting of 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom units. The renovations were completed in 31 batches of vacant apartments.

Typical renovation scope includes new cabinets, flooring, plumbing and electrical fixtures, doors, appliances, paint, blinds, and tub resurfacing. Additional added scope included an extensive landscaping package.
