Canyon Heights Renovation included three different unit types consisting of small one bedroom, large one bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Blackhawk performed full interior renovations to 183 apartments. The interior upgrades include new cabinets, countertops, light and plumbing fixtures, paint, flooring, appliances, and tub resurfacing.

Additional contracted project scope included roof repairs, exterior paint, patio deck repairs, and renovation of the fitness area, laundry area, and leasing office.
