Blackhawk Construction successfully completed full interior renovations to 110 apartments and the leasing office. As part of the expanded scope, Blackhawk also added 78 in-unit washer and dryer installations, enhancing convenience and value for residents. The typical renovation scope included installing new cabinets in two-bedroom, two-bath (2×2) and two-bedroom, one-bath (2×1) units, along with new cabinet doors and fresh paint for existing cabinetry. Additional upgrades throughout the apartments consisted of new flooring, updated plumbing and electrical fixtures, new appliances, interior paint, window blinds, and bathtub resurfacing.
