Montana on Butler is the 2nd project that Blackhawk Construction has completed for Prime Capital Investments. The complex includes five different unit types consisting of studio, one, and two bedroom apartments. Blackhawk performed interior renovations to all 150 apartments.

Additional contracted project scope included exterior painting of all 12 buildings, two new BBQ areas, and renovation of the existing leasing office.
