Blackhawk Construction completed the full remodel of this 183-unit apartment community. In addition to remodeling all 183 one and two bedroom units, we converted an old racquetball court building to a new leasing office and the existing leasing office to a fitness center/clubhouse.

This was the first project in Tucson for Blackhawk Construction.
